Join a conversation about what’s on view at Carnegie Museum of Art! Facilitated by one of our skilled docents, Art Chats provide an opportunity for you to think out loud and share observations and wonderings about special exhibitions at the museum. Every chat is unique! Just drop in. Art Chats begin on the hour at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and start outside the entrance of each exhibition.

Grease plant and the people who worked there in Pittsburgh’s Strip District in the 1940s in the exhibition Gordon Parks in Pittsburgh, 1944/1946. Discuss Park’s documentation of the plant, its workers, and the range of their activities manufacturing lubricants to support U.S. military efforts during World War II.
