Don’t be afraid to bring your young children into the galleries! Museum Educators will introduce children ages 3-10 and their families to works in our galleries through engaging activities and interactive discussion.
Join Carnegie Museum of Natural History scientists, Nicole Heller, Associate Curator, Anthropocene Studies, Mason Heberling, Associate Curator, Botany, and Rachel Reeb, Postdoctoral Associate, Botany in a nature walk to practice reading the landscape like an ecologist, identifying spatial patterns and compositions of plants and animals in the landscape and spotting signs of environmental degradation and repair.
