The Pittsburgh Art Book Fair is a free annual celebration of printed matter, bringing together local, national, and international artists, publishers, collectives, and independent presses. In concert with the 59th Carnegie International, this year’s fair highlights artists as publishers, storytellers, and producers of knowledge.
Join us for two days of books, ideas, and exchange. Browse artist books, zines, publications, and new releases while meeting the artists, publishers, and communities who create them. Throughout the weekend, book launches, performances, conversations, and participatory programs invite visitors to engage more deeply with the people and ideas behind the printed page.
Whether you’re a dedicated collector, an artist, or simply curious about contemporary publishing, the Pittsburgh Art Book Fair offers opportunities to discover new work, connect with others, and experience printed matter as a space for creativity, inquiry, and community.
