We will meet in place with poems. Moving, looking, speaking, listening and responding together poets, Natalie Diaz and Saretta Morgan will read their work and share prompts for reflecting. Through various modes of storytelling Diaz and Morgan will guide us through the spaces of the museum and into the exhibition, Widening the Lens: Photography, Ecology and the Contemporary Landscape connecting the materials, histories and topographies of the building to horizon lines of interconnection and bound ecologies of resistances and possibilities.
Participants will be provided with headsets to aid with hearing. Mobility access options are available, please email programs@carnegieart.org.
