  1. Find a comfortable place to sit or stand while viewing this sculpture.
  2. Notice the bright circle of white light at the base. Picture that light slowly rising along the leaning metal bar—like energy moving upward in a calm, steady stream.
  3. When you’re ready, gently close your eyes. In your mind’s eye, imagine a small, radiant ball of white light glowing at the center of your body. See it swirling gently, full of vibrant, healing energy.
  4. Let this ball of light grow. Watch as it expands, filling your chest, your limbs, your entire body. Feel its warmth spread within you—soothing, steadying, calming every part of you.
  5. Now, imagine this light moving outward from your body, growing into a larger sphere of glowing white energy surrounding you. Let yourself feel held by it. Protected. Safe from any negativity in the world around you. Nothing else matters, you are safe here.
  6. When you feel ready, allow the visualization to gently dissolve. Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale. Know that this protective light is always with you and you can return to it any time.
