Find time to slow down and manifest mindfulness with a new guided loving-kindness meditation inspired by Robert Indiana’s iconic artwork, Love.

Step-by-Step Meditation

  1. Take some time to look at this print titled Love.
  2. How do the large letters and vibrant colors make you feel? How does this work communicate love to you?
  3. Close your eyes and think of someone or something that you love. What does this love feel like in your body?
  4. Hold on to this feeling and start to focus on yourself. Repeat the following phrases of well wishes and loving-kindness toward yourself: May I be healthy. May I be free from harm. May I be happy and loved.
  5. Now imagine this love moving out from within you. Visualize another person who you want to share these wishes of loving-kindness with: May you be healthy. May you be free from harm. May you be happy and loved.
  6. Now expand this love even more as you imagine it radiating out into your whole community: May we all be healthy. May we all be free from harm. May we all be happy and loved.
  7. Finally, expand this feeling of love to the whole world: May we all be healthy. May we all be free from harm. May we all be happy and loved.
