Natasha Tontey (born 1989, Minahasan Peninsula, Indonesia; lives in Jakarta and Yogyakarta, Indonesia) predominantly explores fictional accounts of the history and myths surrounding “manufactured fear.” Her recent solo exhibitions include Primate Visions: Macaque Macabre, Museum MACAN, Jakarta (2024) and Garden Amidst the Flame, Auto Italia, London (2022).
