About the Activities
Amazing Yoga
Amazing Yoga, Pittsburgh’s original power yoga, offers dynamic classes focused on balanced movement with emphasis on both strength and gentleness.
Tranquillo Music Spa
Tranquillo Music Spa is a therapeutic and immersive concert experience designed to relieve stress by combining high-level musical performances with carefully selected spa amenities. Tranquillo uses an innovative, pop-up performance space that transforms any location instantly into a comfortable concert hall. Live classical music and soothing amenities are paired to create a full-sensory experience that leaves guests relaxed and refreshed after their visit.
Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Barre Fitness and Core Conditioning
Train like a Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre dancer to improve your strength, stamina and endurance for dance, a sport, or any type of active lifestyle. The class combines Pilates and ballet technique with strength training exercises to provide a well-rounded, total body workout. From standing Barre lower body work, to core work on the mat, the exercises are designed to improve posture, balance and alignment without increasing tension. Dance experience is not required and you do not have to be a professional dancer to experience the health benefits from this workout. All exercises are low impact and all fitness levels are welcome. Comfortable exercise apparel is recommended. Students may participate barefoot, in sticky socks or ballet slippers. Bring a mat and a water bottle.
Ecstatic Dance Pittsburgh
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice with the simple invitation to âmove however you wishâ. People of all ages, types, and sizes gather together and dance and move in silence, usually barefoot, in whatever way their spirit moves them. Sometimes together, often alone, respecting themselves and one another. Music is a core part of the ecstatic dance, with a mindfully created arc that carries the group through warming up, letting go, exploring and expressing, and into stillness.
