Please join us for a participatory cross-disciplinary workshops inspired by the artwork and ideas present in the exhibition, Widening the Lens: Photography, Ecology, and the Contemporary Landscape!
During Water Flow, we will come together with activists, artists, scholars, community members, farmers, teachers, and practitioners in strategy, vision, and imagination through our lived experiences and relationships to water—an essential life resource which shapes our collective physical, social, and emotional landscapes.
We are so excited to welcome the following participants to guide us in our conversation:
- Jamil Bey: co-host, President and CEO of the UrbanKind Institute and Pittsburgh Director of City Planning
- Chanell Stone and Erin Jane Nelson: artists featured in Widening the Lens: Photography, Ecology, and the Contemporary Landscape
- Erin Hube Rosen: Executive Director and Founder of Drink Water, Drink Tap
- Christine J. Kirchhoff: Penn State Institute of Energy and the Environment
- Billie Vaughn: Common Unity PGH
- Saundi McClaine-Kloeckner: Water Protector
- Jacqueline Patterson: Chisholm Legacy Project
- Emily Simonson and Scott Berry: US Water Alliance
