BOOM Concepts returns to our Third Thursday lineup with an epic event to close out 2016. Put on silent disco headphones and dance around the museum’s Grand Staircase while listening to DJ Ella Hussle from New York City or Pittsburgh’s own Dance Crush. Buy local art curated by BOOM, participate in an artist engagement led by duo Magic Organs in HĂ©lio Oiticica: To Organize Delirium, and broadcast your own story by the exhibition The Stories You Tell.

BOOM Concepts is a creative hub and safe space for minority groups across race gender affiliation and identity. BOOM Concepts is positioned as a thought leader and facilitator of creative and arts based urban engagement.
Ticket prices increase at the door: $15 general ($10 students and members).

From 2016 through 2019, Third Thursdays brought together the hottest local talent to create surprising, one-of-a-kind experiences at the museum. Visitors were invited to turn up the volume with a cash bar, live music, and performances along with late-night access to the museum galleries.
