It’s a Third Thursday for the rest of us! Celebrate Festivus, the fictional holiday made famous in the classic Seinfeld episode “The Strike.” Dance around the Festivus pole to 90s jams provided by a local DJ, air your grievances, donate to the Carnegie Museum of Art Human Fund, and witness an abundance of Festivus miracles. Weâll even present a staged reading of “The Strike,” featuring local actors and comedians.
Rick Sebak (WQED) will lead the holiday merriment as our Head of Household, and youâll even get a chance to compete with him in the Festivus Feats of Strength. Also, enjoy a traditional late-night Festivus menu from our cafĂ© and holiday libations from a cash bar.
Weâve got a lot of problems with you people, and at Third Thursday: FESTIVUS, you’re gonna’ hear about it.
