Gently stretch and relax your body, mind, and spirit at home in this 30-minute online yoga class. Great for participants of all levels and abilities, chair yoga is an easy way to experience the benefits of exercise nearly anywhere you can find a place to sit. Certified yoga instructor Lydia Kilian will guide you through movement inspired by a work of art from the museum’s collection. The class will consist of seated gentle exercise, standing poses that use the chair for balance and support, and breathing and relaxation techniques. An armless chair is preferred for this class.
