Guardians of Sound’s Hip Hop Orchestra’s creative ensemble of young people are instrumentalists, vocalists and MCs. Join us for an open air rhapsody that combines acoustic instrumentation and vocals with contemporary music making methods producing an orchestra of hip hop sounds.
At 3 p.m. we welcome The Bill Henry Band to the Inside Out Stage for an encore performance of their beloved R&B sound.

About Guardians of Sounds Hip Hop Orchestra
Guardians of Sound’s Hip Hop Orchestra is comprised of professional, pre-professional and youth musicians. Led by veteran guitarist and educator Michael Chapman, Guardians of Sound’s performances showcase hip-hop as a live, instrument-based genre. We present original conscious lyrics hip hop with heavy acoustic instrumentation.
