Cameron Brown is a documentary photographer with a profound passion for capturing the authentic moments within families. Inspired by the unobtrusive approach of renowned street and documentary photographers, Cameron’s work celebrates the genuine connections that naturally unfold within family interactions.

With a background in Mass Media Communication and a specialization in advertising from Carlow University, Cameron’s photographic journey began in late 2017, serving as a form of creative therapy following the loss of his mother. This personal experience ignited the idea of preserving the memories and emotions within families, aligning well with those seeking to document their unique family stories.

Beth Kukucka is a photographer and filmmaker based in Pittsburgh. Kukucka’s photography captures the full image while bringing our attention to what makes each person unique. She specializes in portraiture and actor’s headshots, using a signature technique that combines still images with video.  Kukucka is a multidisciplinary artist stemming from her years as a commercial wedding and special life event photographer. This will be Beth’s third year as a photographer for the Friends and Family sessions at the museum, which she considers an honor.

Majestic Moments is a photography business created by Mo’Ney Thomas and Donnell Pearl. This photography power couple is dedicated to capturing the essence of people and life’s most precious moments. Together, they blend Mo’Ney’s vibrant eye and composition with Donnell’s technical expertise in lighting and equipment to create high-quality, authentic portraits that truly reflect the themes of intimacy, happiness, and the human connection.

Karlie Malone has spent the last decade mastering the art of capturing the human experience through her camera’s lens. With a Bachelor’s degree in Photography from Edinboro University, Karlie has honed her craft as a portrait photographer. Over the years, she has developed her signature style that combines true to life colors with contemporary perspectives, focusing on candidness and intimacy in each frame. Her portraits are celebrated for their authenticity and depth, showcasing her knack for making people feel both comfortable and seen in front of the camera.

Darieus Veltri is a freelance photographer born and raised in New Kensington, PA. From a young age, he has had a natural love for photography and creative expression, which has only grown over time. Since purchasing his first camera in 2015, Darieus’s passion has taken him on countless adventures, allowing him to connect with diverse individuals while refining his skills.

Dareius specializes in event and portrait photography, but also enjoys capturing daily life, travel, and city scenes in his spare time. He has had the privilege of photographing notable figures including Patrick Mahomes, Terrell Owens, Damar Hamlin, and Skyy Moore. He has worked with organizations such as Carnegie Museum of Art, PNC Bank, The International Free Expression Project, and many other great Pittsburgh-based businesses.

sarah huny young is an award-winning photographer and visual artist primarily documenting and exalting Black womanhood and queer communities through portraiture and video. Framing her subjects as muses, she often shoots on-location in personal, intimate spaces and natural settings. Clients and features include The New York Times, ESPN, The Washington Post, NBC, Pittsburgh City Paper, and New York Magazine, and her work has been exhibited in The Mattress Factory Museum, The August Wilson African-American Cultural Center, Space Gallery, McDonough Museum of Art, at Prizm Art Fair @ Art Basel Miami, and more. Most recently, huny was named a 2024 “Black LGBTQ+ Change-Maker in the Arts” by GLAD.
