About the Activities
Inhale Pittsburgh
Inside Inhale Pittsburgh, we practice yoga. Outside Inhale, we celebrate community, clean rivers, green spaces, and our neighborhood of Downtown Pittsburgh
Tranquillo Music Spa
Tranquillo Music Spa is a therapeutic and immersive concert experience designed to relieve stress by combining high-level musical performances with carefully selected spa amenities. Tranquillo uses an innovative, pop-up performance space that transforms any location instantly into a comfortable concert hall. Live classical music and soothing amenities are paired to create a full-sensory experience that leaves guests relaxed and refreshed after their visit.
Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Barre Fitness and Core Conditioning
The class combines Pilates and ballet technique with strength training exercises to provide a well-rounded, total-body workout, designed to improve posture, balance, and alignment. Dance experience is not required. All exercises are low impact and all fitness levels are welcome. Comfortable exercise apparel is recommended. Students may participate barefoot, in sticky socks, or ballet slippers. Bring a mat and a water bottle.
Hula Hooping
Most of us are familiar with this plastic toy we played around with in our youth. While it may have been years since you put one around your waist, now is your chance to give it another whirl! Hoops are an amazing fitness tool that lend to gains within (but not limited to) coordination, improved range of motion, muscle tone, motor control, proprioception, mindfulness, and stress reduction.
