Take a moment to slow your pace in this 30-minute guided art meditation series with instructor Lydia Kilian. Each Sunday, works of art from the collection serve as inspiration for achieving balance and a sense of inner calm or insight. Visualization exercises, breath awareness, noting techniques, and loving-kindness meditations are just a few of the practices explored on this journey. This series is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.

About Lydia Kilian
Lydia Kilian began her journey in meditation ten years ago as a tool to manage performance anxiety while completing her degree in piano performance. Since then she has developed a consistent meditation practice in her daily life, and has studied extensively in the Vipassana style participating in retreats at the Southeast Vipassana Center, USA and Wat Suan Mokkh, Thailand. Kilian is a certified yoga instructor and studied various meditation techniques during her yoga training in Rishikesh, India. Recently, Kilian completed the Master of Arts Management program at Carnegie Mellon University. She is an avid arts supporter and believes the arts and meditation can be used as complementary tools to calm the mind and support wellbeing.
