About the Activities
Chakra Yoga with Brooke Smokelin
Working with a unique fusion of classic, static hatha asanas and rhythmic, dynamic kundalini kriyas, Brookeās Chakra Yoga aims to awaken, explore, and balance the physical, metaphysical, emotional, psychological, energetic, and vibrational elements of each of the 7 chakra-energy centers.
Vox Lumina Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls and Didgeridoo
Sound Baths are often referred to as āhorizontal concertsā because everyone lies down on a yoga mat to enjoy the music and receive the vibrational healing of crystal bowls and didgeridoo.
Tranquillo Music Spa
Tranquillo Music Spa is a therapeutic and immersive concert experience designed to relieve stress by combining high-level musical performances with carefully selected spa amenities. Live classical music and soothing amenities are paired to create a full-sensory experience that leaves guests relaxed and refreshed after their visit.
Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Barre Fitness and Core Conditioning with Kristy Boyle
Train like a Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre dancer to improve your strength, stamina and endurance for dance, a sport, or any type of active lifestyle. The class combines Pilates and ballet technique with strength training exercises to provide a well-rounded, total body workout. From standing Barre lower body work, to core work on the mat, the exercises are designed to improve posture, balance and alignment without increasing tension.
Salutations with Stefanie Zito
A short, energizing yoga practice of twenty minutes of sun and moon salutations as a way to say “goodbye” to winter and “hello” to spring.
Core Concentration with Rebecca Pich
Activate your abs with a quick burst of exercises. Spend twenty minutes working through planks, crunches, and more to encourage core strength.
