Step-by-Step Color Meditation
Take your time looking at this painting while breathing deeply.
Find a few areas of color that interest you. Notice how the colors overlap or intertwine with the adjacent colors. Close your eyes, and while still breathing deeply, see those areas of color in your mind’s eye. Contemplate your emotions as you go from color to color.
Slowly open your eyes. Look for new areas of color and repeat the exercise as often as you like, looking for something new in the painting each time.
