Step-by-Step Meditation
- Take a few moments to look at this painting.
- Notice the vibrancy of the autumnal colors in this work, and the variety of shades of yellow, orange, and red. How do these colors make you feel?
- Consider how the colors of the Earth are changing around you during the Fall Equinox. How do you feel as we transition into this new season?
- Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Focus on this idea of change, just as the leaves are changing and turning vibrant colors around you as we move into the new season.
- In what areas of your life are you experiencing change? In what areas do you desire change?
- Take a deep breath in and visualize this change. As you exhale, try to accept this change and state of transition in your life.
- Continue like this, breathing through the change and transitions you are experiencing to build acceptance and peace. Use this meditation to connect with the Earth around you as we enter a new season.
